Real Xpath counsellors, Summer 2025
Camps are looking for international staff to teach activities, lead cabins, and share their culture. You don't need to be an Olympic athlete, just enthusiastic and ready to lead.
Don't see your skill? Camps hire for almost every talent: cooking, music, coding, languages, debate, you name it. If you have a passion, we'll find a camp that wants you.
Tell us what you're good at. We'll show you where that skill fits in the U.S. camp system.
From application to boarding pass, what each stage looks like.
Submit your application and we begin reviewing your profile immediately.
We assess your skills, background, and fit for the program, and shape your candidacy.
We build your full applicant profile: documents, references, and standardized forms.
You interview with the official exchange organization to confirm program eligibility.
We prepare and submit your complete profile once your documents and placement details are ready.
We hand-pick the camp that best fits your skills, your personality, and your goals.
You interview with your matched camp. Once hired, they issue your DS-2019.
We prepare your DS-160, book your visa interview, and prep you to fly to America.
"You don't have to figure this out alone. We review your profile, guide your documents, prepare your interviews, and stay with you until departure."
Bonfire night, Lake camp
5.5 day work weeks. Hourly sessions with regular breaks. Evenings are bonfires, casino nights, ice cream wars, and unforgettable moments with people from across the world.
Tube ride, Lake afternoon
Tubing, kayaking, sailing, hikes, and lake jumps. Weekends at camp are an adventure park: water sports by day, lakefront sunsets by night, and trips into nearby towns when you want to explore.
Cabin life, Counsellor village
A shared or private cabin with fellow international counsellors. Some roles bunk with the kids. Either way, you're never alone, and you'll leave with friendships that last a lifetime.
Closing night, Lakeside walk
Traditional camps: minimum 9 weeks. City camps: minimum 6 weeks. Most programs run early June through mid August, leaving you weeks to travel the U.S. afterward on your J-1 grace period.
We work exclusively with U.S. State Department-designated J-1 sponsor organizations. Every placement is 100% legal, documented, and protected.
We understand overseas documents, consular interviews, travel timelines, and the questions first-time applicants worry about. We coach you specifically.
You won't be talking to a chatbot. A dedicated consultant manages your case from your first message to your return flight.
Most agencies vanish once you're on the plane. We stay with you, through your stay, through any issue, through your return.
