Information you submit in the application form
When you submit the application form, we receive:
- Your name, email address, WhatsApp number, city and country, and date of birth.
- Your passport number and passport expiry date.
- Your current institution, program interest, skills, English level, travel history, relevant experience, availability, and how you heard about Xpath.
- The documents you upload: a passport copy, CV or resume, profile photo, and, if you choose, a degree or transcript.
- Your confirmation of the program agreement points shown on the form.
Information you submit in the eligibility check
The eligibility check sends us your answers to its questions (age range, student status, spoken English, skills, passport status, travel history, police record, and readiness to apply) together with your name, WhatsApp number, and email address.
How we use it
We use this information to review your application or eligibility and to contact you about next steps by WhatsApp, phone, or email. If you continue in the program, we use your details to prepare your profile for the designated sponsor organization and camps involved in your placement, as described in the application process.
Where it is sent and stored
- Application answers are saved to a Google Sheets spreadsheet used by the Xpath team.
- Application answers and uploaded documents are emailed to the Xpath team through the Resend email service, and you receive a confirmation email.
- Eligibility check answers and contact details are emailed to the Xpath team through Resend.
Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed.
